Our Beliefs
What We Believe:
We seek to teach the Word of God and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit, shaping and equipping our church family so that believers will be nourished and empowered to fulfill their God-ordained, created purpose and ministry. We are a group of people who desire to reach out to our community so that all may be saved, being brought to a living faith in Christ as Savior and Lord.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to reach our local community with love and the message of Jesus Christ. We want to lead people to a relationship with Christ through the teaching of His word. We also want to disciple them with the word and develop them into leaders who will in turn develop leaders to do the same; all the while developing our own relationships with Him. "As for me, I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness." -Psam 17:15. We believe that by showing the community the love of Christ, that we can truly change not just our community, but the entire world for Jesus. We believe that in an ever changing world, the one thing that never changes is Jesus Christ (Hebrews 13:8), and we need to use the tools and methods He has provided us to reach others. The message and mandate will never change, but the methods must constantly change. (I Corinthians 9:19-23)
We are part of the family of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel.
What the Foursquare Symbols Stand for:

1. Jesus Christ as The Savior
"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him..." - Isaiah 53:5 (Titus 2:14, Is. 55:7, Heb. 7:25, Is. 1:18)
2. Jesus Christ as The Baptizer with the Holy Spirit
"For John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit...you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." - Acts 1:5,8 (Jn. 14:16-17, Acts 2:4, Acts 8:17, Acts 10:44-46, 1 Cor. 3:16)
3. Jesus Christ as The Healer
"He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses..." - Matthew 8:17 (Mk. 16:17-18, Mt. 9:5-6, Acts 4:29-30)
4. Jesus Christ as The Soon-Coming King
"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout...the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." - 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (Titus 2:12-13, Mt. 24:36-44, Heb. 9:28, Lk. 19:13, Lk. 12:35-37.)
